Due to the personalized nature of our custom products, we cannot accept returns. Each item is crafted specifically to your unique specifications and is therefore not suitable for resale.

Orders are produced in bulk in accordance with the size, color and specifications that our customers have sent us, and by completing preliminary studies such as samples and obtaining customer pre-approval, production is carried out in accordance with their demands.

However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If there is a significant defect in the product that is not the result of normal wear and tear, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order. We will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement or repair.

Delivery;


All products we offer for sale are based on EXW shipment policy. If you have a shipping agreement, you can have your own shipping company pick up the products from our factory. If you request freight, we can do price research from shipping companies in Turkey and provide you with the most suitable price.
