It has undergone a special paint process, has been made suitable for outdoor use and has a long service life, corner trampolines are included in the steps.

Imported trampoline jumping net is used.
Springs specially produced for our trampolines are used.
CE sponge or foamex material is used for trampoline protection pads.
A specially manufactured tarpaulin covered with sponge is applied to the poles.
Indoor and outdoor safety nets are used in protection nets.

1. As shown above, place all trampoline parts in groups.

2. Attach the leg extensions to one leg base and secure together with screws. Repeat for all leg supports.

3. Attach all top rails to form a large circle.

It may take two people to join the final joint. The second person should hold the opposite side while bringing both ends of the circle together.

4. Assemble all the legs together as in Step 2

5.Fix the leg support firmly by screwing it onto the leg extension.

6. At this stage the trampoline should look like the rim above.

7. With the seam side down, place the net into the frame and attach a spring to one of the triangular rings on the mat. Then attach the other end of the spring to the frame.

8.Repeat STEP 7 from where you installed the spring. Then, install two more half-lengths directly across from each other between the first two springs. This will ensure equal tension is distributed between the springs.

9. Repeat the process for the remaining welds.

Use the spring tool as shown above.

Warning: Be careful where you place your hands, other body parts, as connector points during spring assembly.

10. Springs under heavy tension may require adjacent springs to be installed in every four or five holes, so the spring tension is evenly distributed.

11. Glue the remaining springs until all springs are glued to the frame.

12. Place cover pads on outer edge to cover springs.
